Unlike some other support agencies, all WordPress, theme & plugin updates and monitoring are included and is not deducted from your support time. Support time is just that, time to assist you with whatever you need.
Time is per minute, call us for 14 minutes? 14 minutes only is deducted from your allotted time, while we quietly keep your site humming along. Simple.

This is time, counted by the minute which you can use for anything regarding your site. A 5 minute chat about a plugin you’re looking at implementing? No worries we can help and will deduct only 5 minutes.
All care plans above basic include an amount of support, this time can be used for advice, small fixes and configuration. Whatever you may need.

All care packages include hosting. Our hosting is 100% configured with WordPress in mind the servers are custom configured by Linux engineers with over 20 years of experience.

No way, no how. As part of our onboarding our tech team will go over your sites with a fine tooth comb, checking themes, plugins, configuration to make sure your site is made fast and stays that way.
Care plans above Basic care also include advanced customised performance tuning using WP Rocket or Hummingbird caching and our technical team will configure it based on your website’s custom needs, taking into consideration your theme and plugins used.

Every care package comes with our fast and secure hosting. Whilst many WordPress technical agencies see fit to charge extra on top, we think that’s a bit, well, crap really.
Hosting with us is optional but so highly recommended that we include it in the hope you will take it.
Hosting is the concrete and steel, fortified foundation of your skyscraper. Less than great hosting will always mean less than great security and less speed for your site.
